Hi Lovelies and happy hump day. Since, we are still in a bit of a holding phase on being able to travel, I thought I would share the Top 5 Best Things To Do In San Diego For Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day finally lands on a weekend and we are stuck at home. So, here are some great ideas if you live in Southern California
Hike
Some of my favorite hikes in SD include Eagle Rock, Calavera Hills, Torrey Pines, and Potato Chip Rock. These are just a few great spots across San Diego County that you can enjoy beautiful views and a nice hike with your loved one.
Balboa Park
Balboa Park is one of my favorite spots in Southern California. Spend the day outdoors enjoying all the beautiful architecture. Pre-Order the Valentine’s Day Dinner For Two To Go from The Prado and enjoy salad, bread a surf-n-turf dinner for two and dessert. Pre-Order by February 11th HERE.
Dining
This is a great list of open outdoor dining in San Diego on Locale Magazine website. This is a great list with restaurants located all over San Diego county.
Sunset Cliffs
Pack a picnic and enjoy a beautiful sunset at sunset cliffs. There are a ton of spots to stop and enjoy a cotton candy sky along the cliffs. My favorite spot is just south of the sunset cliffs park around Hill St. and Sunset Cliffs Dr. Also, Be sure to pack warm clothes because it definitely gets chilly out there.
A Spa Day
The spas at The Fairmont at Grand Del Mar and The Estancia in La Jolla are both open and taking reservations. If you are looking for a more self care focused Valentine’s Day these are both great options with beautiful properties for you to enjoy.
