Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

These crunchy tasty cauliflower bites are perfect for any party.  

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Earth Balance Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 450 degrees. 

  2. Mix in bowl almond milk, flour, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Place Panko bread crumbs in bowl.  

  3. Dip Cauliflower in mixture, remove excess and coat with Panko bread crumbs.  

  4. Bake for 14 minutes.  While baking mix butter and buffalo sauce in pan and heat until blended.  

  5. Remove cauliflower from oven and and coat with buffalo sauce mixture and serve with Vegan Ranch.
