4 Spring Fashion Trends to Look Out for in 2021
Hi Fashionistas. It’s that time to start preparing our wardrobes for spring. I am forcing myself to get dressed even if it’s to go to the store. Today, I went to Trader Joes fully decked out in boots, jeans and a sweater. It was amazing. I am hoping that spring will bring more opportunities for us to get out and get dressed. LOL. With that said, I thought I would share 5 Spring Fashion Trends to Look Out for in 2021.
Wide Leg Pants
We have all seen the Gen Z kids claiming side parts and skinny jeans are out. I am not ready to jump in and throw out my skinny jeans, but I am here for the wide leg pants. I am loving this trend. It’s a little more comfortable and easy to rock all day. You can choose from straight leg, flare or a nice wide leg. Watch out for your body shape when making your choice. You don’t want your jeans to swallow you whole.
Cutouts
Look for cutouts in dresses and tops to show a little skin. The cold shoulder look is back and we also have the small cutouts in the midriff that are popular. Finally, bearing your chest with a cutout is another great option.
Matching Sets
I had to acknowledge matching sets. Of course this applies to athleisure and suit sets. So, there is something for every occasion. Of course, you can always rock the sweat suits from day to night with accessories and different shoes.
Feminine Details
It’s all in the details and this Spring it’s the feminine details. When shopping look for ruffles, puff sleeves and of course floral patterns. Puff sleeves in sweaters with a pair of jeans or shorts and cute boots is a perfect transitional piece for the start of spring.
