5 Last Minute Ideas For Spring Break
Hi Lovelies. Spring Break is just around the corner. So here are 5 Last Minute Ideas For Spring Break. I have done my research to find affordable options with something in every region that you can drive or catch a quick flight and enjoy a few days in some place new.
Road Trip
A road trip is always a good idea. You can make it a long weekend getaway or go for the whole spring break. It just depends on how far you want to go. We are taking this option and have rented an RV from RVShare to test out my ability to trailer camp. If you live in Southern California here are some great options for road trips. Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, Sedona, San Francisco.
Staycation
Are you tight on budget or time? A staycation is another great option. Hit up all of the popular tourist spots. Museums, National Parks whatever you have close by. Have a little extra money? Book a hotel close to home and feel like a real tourist in your home town.
Project
Are you looking to be more productive? Maybe you have had a project that you have been dying to complete. Take a few days off mix in work with a couple cocktails and time with family and friends. Looking for inspiration? Check out my favorite home project so far. This Easy DIY Bar Area.
Yes Day
If you are a parent, I’m sure you have seen this movie, Yes Day. What better time to give in to your kids crazy ideas and have a yes day. I’m recruiting are two best friends to do a collective yes day. Not sure if it will happen for Spring Break, but we are doing it. If you haven’t seen the movie I recommend it. It really made me realize how often I say no and I am actively trying to say no less. The mess really isn’t going to kill me… I hope.
Local Camping
This can be as simple as pitching a tent in your backyard. Or book a campground close to home, pitch a tent and live that camping life. This is totally a recommendation, I probably wouldn’t do… LOL. However, I know there are a ton of people out there that love a camping adventure. So, you do you boo. I’ll be in my RV or hotel, thank you very much. Camping was not for me. You can see my one and only camping adventure HERE.
