Basic Body Shapes – Shorts For An Hourglass

THE BEST SHORTS FOR AN HOURGLASS BODY SHAPE

Stretch

Stretch is key.  Making sure you have a 5% stretch to your shorts is perfect for an hourglass.  You want to keep the natural curves of your body and stretch is a great way to do that.  When adding stretch to your shorts, you may need to go down a size to accommodate the give.  A saggy bottom is NOT a good look.

Waist Definition

Belts and waist details are always another great option for the hourglass woman.  Keeping the attention on your perfect waistline.  Shorts for an hourglass can come with a belt or you can simply wear belt with your denim and front tuck your t-shirt.  Easy peasy and looks great for the every day look.

Flaunt It

You have the ideal shape waist definition, hips and defined shoulders.  Flaunt it.  Feel free to go short, just make sure you can move comfortably and your hiding all the goods.  You always want to be a lady and never show too much skin.  Finally,  if you are wearing short shorts be sure to cover the top.  Finding balance when revealing skin is always key.
