Hi Lovelies. Another much needed break happened over here. I have been working on some great things for my PLAY family. I can’t wait to share them with all of you! This week for The Weekly Style Edit I styled this black suede skirt again. Check out Lindsay’s fun yellow dress that she styled this week too.
I styled this skirt for a holiday party back in December and this is a great way to take this skirt from winter to spring or summer. The skater style skirt is a great shape for almost every body type. Giving you a waist line and flowing away from the hips. It can balance a top heavy body or hide a heavy bottom. You just want to make sure you have a good fit. If you are wearing this skirt to mask a heavy bottom I highly recommend going with a zipper side or back and keep the details simple. Add details to draw the eye downward if you have broad shoulders.
