The 5 Best Temecula Wineries
Happy Wednesday. After spending so much time at the wineries I thought it would be a great idea to share my favorite Temecula Wineries. I like each of these wineries for different reasons, but they all have something great to offer. Now to preface this I only drink wine and champagne, I’m not a white wine drinker.
5 Best Temecula Wineries
Thornton
Thornton is my favorite for Champagne flights. There non-vintage champagne flight is so good. You can enjoy concerts and lunch all with a beautiful view. They have a great Friday night concert series and cafe champagne is always a great place to enjoy your tasting and a quick bite to eat.
Avensole
Avensole is my go-to for the restaurant and reds and is top of the list for best Temecula wineries. We are members here, and it is by my far my favorite winery in Temecula. We are Discovery members and it has the perks of 2 glasses of wine per day and a private tasting area. The restaurant is amazing and you can’t go wrong with any of their wines.
Briar Rose
Briar Rose has a beautiful adult only tasting room. Their presentation of their tastings is so fun. They show their Disney background and have so much fun presenting your tasting to you. They tell you a story with each bottle they pour.
Wilson Creek
Wilson Creek is a great destination for brunch. They are also very family friendly with a playground and beautiful grass area that you can bring a picnic, snack and have your champagne. Enjoy weekend concerts and their unlimited sparkling wine and brunch. It’s a great place to celebrate something special, anniversary, mother’s day or just a way to enjoy your Sunday.
Longshadow
Longshadow winery is a great family friendly location and the last one on my list of best Temecula Wineries. They have family friendly concerts during the summer. The property has a playground, goats and a horse. If you go on a week day the kids will enjoy dancing and putting on performances on the stage. You can head to their Bonfire Saturdays for live music, snacks and fun. They also offer Sangria Sundays with live music and fresh made sangria.
