5 Fall Trends You Need To Try This Season

HI Lovelies. Here we are another week in the books. Today, I am sharing 5 fall trends you need to try this season. These are my favorite style tips for the fall and winter season. There are so many great prints that can be used as neutrals. You can really add some flare to your fall wardrobe.

Animal Print

Animal Print is all the rage. Zebra, snakeskin, and leopard print. Animal prints in every color. You can use a traditional animal print like a neutral, or go big with a bold color.

Corduroy

Textured fabrics are perfect for fall and corduroy is such a great option. You can find corduroy in a variety of colors and styles. A great skirt, or a pair of pants are perfect statement pieces to add to your closet. Another great option is a corduroy jacket. You can style it just like a denim jacket.

Rust

This is the it color of fall and the options are endless. If rust isn’t a good color on your skin tone, you can always style a pair of pants or a skirt. Maybe try a rust corduroy skirt and style it with a white or cream t-shirt.

Plaid

Plaid is always a great color for winter and fall. This year though you can pick up a boyfriend blazer or pants in plaid. There are also a ton of matching sets that you could rock all season long. Check out this outfit here.

Pattern Mixing

Another one of my favorite fall trends is pattern mixing. Pattern mix your plaid and animal print. Or try pattern mixing different animal prints. Zebra, snakeskin and leopard are all great options this season. You can see my tips to pattern mixing like a pro here.

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
