Beauty Tuesday: Cold Weather Skin Care

The cold weather is upon us.  It was a wee bit chilly out today.  So, I have decided it’s time to start prepping my skin for the cold temperatures.  I know there are so many of us that struggle with the cold weather, I thought I would share a few of my favorite products for cold dry weather.

cold weather skin

Laura Mercier ‘Almond Coconut Milk’ Souffle Body Creme – This will hydrate your body and smells amazing!! I will probably be gifting this for the holidays.
CLARISONIC ‘Mia 2 – Pink Polka Dot’ Sonic Skin Cleansing System –  This will give you clean beautiful skin.  The Clarisonic system is great year around and I’m kind of obsessed.
suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser – This cleanser is AMAZING.  I received it in my Birchbox and it is definitely something I will be adding.  It’s gentle enough but, will give you perfectly smooth skin. Oh, and it smells fantastic.
Bobbi Brown ‘Hydrating’ Eye Cream – The name explains it all.
derma e Hydrating Night Creme with Hyaluronic Acid – Another Birchbox find.  It smells so good and you will wake up with plump hydrated skin.
MAC ‘Prep + Prime’ Essential Oils – I was introduced to this oil at my MAC interview and ummm… it’s pretty great.  You can use it anywhere.  It smells fresh and you barely need any product to cover your face.  This will really hydrate your skin and will give you a nice refreshed feeling.
These items are great for gorgeous skin in the dry temperatures that most of will be seeing in the next few months.  You can exfoliate, and moisturize for a beautiful glow.  If you try any of these out drop me a comment and let me know your thoughts.
Much Love & Style,

Have you been to Ensenada? What’s your favorite spots? We had a great time on our Ensenada excursion on our Carnival cruise. Including rain, pina coladas, La Bufadora and wine tasting at Santa Tomas winery. If you are in SoCal I recommend making your own way across the border to Ensenada.
