Cropped Sweater: The Weekly Style Edit

Hi lovelies.  Happy Thursday.  I have been cutting back on the blog starting with one post a week and will be cutting this back to a hobby instead of a job.  I’ve loved my time here, but with my new jobs at my yoga studio and taking over a PTA role at my daughters school, I just don’t know how much of this I can continue with.  So, I will keep up with Lindsay for The Weekly Style Edit because she’s my homie and I love doing outfit posts. This week I am styling this cropped sweater for a casual easy every day look.

This is such a great outfit for these transitional months from winter to spring.  This sweater doesn’t get too hot and it’s super cozy.  I love it paired with these destroyed jeans and a pair of sneakers to run errands.  This sweater would also look super cute with a high waisted skirt or a pair of cutoff black shorts.

I completely understand about finding balance and having to cut back! I’m glad you will still be styling an outfit post for your weekly linkup! This relaxed look is so cute!

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
