Easy and Quick Friendsgiving Food Ideas Tapas Style

Spread the love

Hi Lovelies. I can’t believe how fast Thanksgiving is approaching. Today, I am sharing this fabulous tapas style Friendsgiving. I have all of the must have Friendsgiving food ideas for Thanksgiving, but in the perfect snack size bites.

I have linked and shared all of the recipes below. The food was all made in just a few hours. This does not include the cook time for the turkey. You can cook the turkey a few days before the party to save yourself the time. We purchased a Jennie O turkey breast in a bag that took about 3 hours to cook and came already seasoned. So, it was super easy.

Here are all of the Friendsgiving food ideas for your tapas style party. You can find the mashed potato cups recipe here (I omitted the bacon and scallions) and the sweet potato recipe here.

The pumpkin pie bites are so easy to make. You just use a circle cookie cutter and cut a pre-made pumpkin pie, add a dollop of whipped cream and voila. You have cute single serving pumpkin pies.

Turkey Sandwich Bites

  • French Bread Sliced
  • Cooked Turkey Breast
  • Boxed Stuffing
  • Cranberry Jelly
  • Sliced Provolone Cheese

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and oil a baking sheet. Assemble the sandwiches layering the turkey breast, stuffing and topping with the provolone cheese. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until cheese is browned. Add a slice of cranberry jelly over the top.

For drinks I served up Champagne, Red Wine, and Sparkling Apple Cider. All the festive holiday cocktails.
