Floral Cold Shoulder Dress: The Weekly Style Edit

Hi Lovelies.  Thursday is here, which means it’s time for The Weekly Style Edit.  This week we are sharing our own versions of the exposed shoulder.  I wore this floral cold shoulder dress to the wedding in Cabo. Our crazy 24 hour adventure in Cabo.  It was the perfect look for a beach wedding and oh so comfortable.

Let’s talk about 24 hours in Cabo. DON’T Do it.  It was totally worth it to see Chase’s close friends get married, but it’s just completely crazy.  We spent more time traveling then we did actually in Mexico.  But, the reality is that’s what we do as parents.  My daughter had her Mother Daughter Party on Friday night, and I teach a yoga class at 6am on Monday morning.  So, here we were being responsible adults.  Flying out Saturday Morning and leaving Sunday mid-day.  I would love to say I have a great travel guide for you, but I got nothing.  We are going back in the summer, and I will definitely be putting together a travel guide.

About the floral cold shoulder dress, it’s a great Shopbop find and can be worn to a summer wedding, or for brunch with friends.

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
