Style Saturday: Mother’s Day Style

Hi Lovelies.  I’m a little behind on my posts this week and I am actually writing this night before.  Talk about last minute posting.  I blame it on the crazy week I had, the stress and lack of sleep I got, that I am behind.  Anyway, today I am sharing my Mother’s Day outfit.  This would have also have been a great outfit for the Kentucky Derby today.  I added the hat which is just a perfect addition for a horse race.  Right?  My plan is to wear this for Mother’s Day but, I just never know what I will feel like when I wake up that morning.  You know how it is.

I love this romper because I think it shows just enough skin and paired with sandal it’s perfect.  If you feel it’s a little much you could always throw a cardigan over it and it would still look great.  You would still be showing some great mom style.

A perfect outfit for a stylish mom. Just the right amount of classy and sexy for a warm day in New York City or the Kentucky Derby.

The romper looks great on you, it has a 40’s feel which I really like. The hat is a cute addition too! Great look 🙂

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
