Summer Purse Must Haves

Hi Lovelies.  I know I have talked about my purse must haves before, but I feel like many things have changed in my purse these days.  So, I thought it was time for a refresher because these items are ones I just can’t live without.  I think some of you stylish moms might want them in your purse as well.

Summer purse must haves. For every stylish mom on the go. - The Fashionista Momma

Tide Stick | Alba Botanica Sunscreen | Sunscreen chapstick | MAC Powder | Antibacterial | Deodorant Wipes | Plum Paper Planner

I switch my purse a lot, but you can be sure that these summer purse must haves make it from one bag to the next.  I can’t tell you how many times the deodorant wipes get used.  If I have to run a quick errand after the gym or when we have been out and about in the heat all day.  It feels so nice as a little refresher.  What fashion blogger wants sweat stains, am I right?  Mommas, the Tide Stick, is it not the best invention ever?  My kids spill on themselves and on me.  This stain remover saves my outfit daily.

Sun protection is the next big thing.  Alba Botanica Sunscreen is my all time favorite.  It smells so good and lasts a long time.  My girls wear it when they are swimming and I very rarely have to reapply.  Be sure to use a sunscreen chapstick as well.  We tend to forget about our lips and they need protection from the sun too.  Always have antibacterial for those times when you don’t have access to a sink and need to clean your hands.  My MAC powder to keep away the shine.  Some people may love blot paper, but I am a MAC loving fool and this powder is one of my faves.  Finally, my Plum Paper Planner.  This is what keeps me inline.  It keeps track of all of my family gatherings, fashion blogger events, and my blog schedule.  Which during summer can really be a lot to handle.

What are your summer purse must haves? Any items you can’t live without?

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
