Peanut Butter and Jelly Shakeology

Hi Lovelies, Today I am sharing one of my favorite meal replacement recipes.   This is my Peanut Butter and Jelly Shakeology.

I recently tried the Vegan Tropical Strawberry and it definitely wasn’t my favorite. I racked my brain with different recipes.  I wanted to make it more to my liking. After a couple tries, I came up with this one. This took the Vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology from ok to love it. Seriously, I could drink this one all the time.  It’s that good.
I have turned to meal replacements for one meal a day.  I have found myself not eating until 3-4 o’clock and then I am starving.  I overeat and I go all night because I am so hungry. I am trying to be better with my eating habits.  I am trying to eat at least breakfast and then getting in one of these shakes.

Of course this can be made with any Strawberry meal replacement.  I just love Shakeology.  I have tried so many and out of all the products I have tried, I actually feel full after this one.  What is your go-to shake supplement?  Better yet, what do you to help keep your diet on track?

Isn’t it great Johanna? I am going to try to share more recipes with it. I have some fun ones. If you have any you have shared, I will repost them. I can put them into the recipe card with a link to your site. It would be great to get someone else to share their faves. 🙂 xo ~ Megan

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
