Hi Lovelies and Happy Thursday. We are busy celebrating my daughters 6th birthday today with her little mermaid/turtle themed party. Only my kid would expect a seamless party with two themes. Today, for The Weekly Style Edit, Lindsay and I are styling our favorite brown coats. Today, I am styling this teddy bear coat with a suede skirt and ankle boots. It’s the perfect fall outfit.
These teddy bear coats are every where right now and are a great addition to your wardrobe. They pair well with jeans and a t-shirt, a skirt or layered with a flannel and camisole. You can also wear it with a a dress and over the knee boots. They are warm, cozy and perfect for the cooler temperatures.
This look is great for a date night and or fall brunch date with friends. I have to tell you a little story about this photoshoot. So, I wanted to style this coat for this post, but didn’t have a reason to wear it. So, I had a different shirt I purchased specifically for this post. Forgot about it. Then went to do these pictures and realized all of my shirts were soaking wet. Wore a wet shirt to take the pictures. Sat down to do this post and saw the link to the shirt I purchased for this outfit. #FASHIONBLOGGERFAIL
