Hi Lovelies. Happy Groundhog hump day. This week I took a much needed day to myself and enjoyed an at home spa day. I know there are a ton of at home spa day posts, but I wanted to share some of favorite products and what my spa day included I mix in drinks, a bath and a ton of other stuff to combat my stress right now. So, below I am sharing all of my favorite spa activities.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know I also teach hot yoga. In order to keep my practice going, I purchased a space heater and have been doing yoga in my house while we are in quarantine. This is definitely a part of my spa experience. I love a good yoga class.
I do these detox baths regularly. Here is the recipe I use, but you can find a ton of different options on Pinterest.
2 Cups Epsom Salt
1/2 Cup Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Fresh Ground Ginger
5-10 Drops Of Your Favorite Essential Oil
I have a ton of different facials at home, but I like to do a scrub, followed by a hydrating face mask. I’m still loving the PUR Blue Agave Mask. It’s not over the top moisture so it can work for all skin types.
Silicone Eye Pads
I’m obsessed with all of the eye pads right now. I struggle with dark circles and puffiness. These Comfort Zone Sublime Eye Pad help a ton! I highly recommend the investment.
How can you have a spa day without a mani/pedi? This is my last to do during my spa day. I have been doing my own nails forever. I recently bought a little kit to do nail art. The girls love it and I am excited to try it out the next time I do my nails.
