The Weekly Style Edit: Suede

Spread the love

Hi Lovelies.  It’s the weekly style edit and this week I’m sharing this sweater as a dress with one of my favorite pair of suede boots.  You can see the Tart Collections sweater styled here as well.  This sweater is fall and winter staple.  I mixed it up today and wore it as a dress.

This look is really great for a date night or girls night.  It’s not the most kid friendly.  So be sure you throw some leggings or thick tights underneath.   Let me tell you, if the wind picks up someone might be getting a little peek show. LOL.

Another week flew by.  It’s really the holiday season now.  EEK.  I’ve had another crazy week and haven’t even been able to get my Halloween decorations down.  I’m literally sitting here twitching wanting to get them down.  It will probably get done this weekend and up will go the Thanksgiving decorations.  I typically like to get my decorations swapped out the very next day, but this week I had a dog get into the kids candy and eat like six chocolate bars, then my older daughter got sick and I had a crazy fun photo shoot that took 3 days.  Needless to say my priority wasn’t decorations or cleaning for that matter.  My aunt and my mom watched the girls this week and both of them cleaned my house.  Insert crying laughing face here.  I’m killing it in the housewife mom department.

Anyway, regardless of my week, Thanksgiving is only a few short weeks away.  We still haven’t decided what we are going to do for Thanksgiving.  I feel like a new adventure is needed.  If you have any recommendations I would love to hear.  Anything driving distance to Southern California would the perfect trip.  What are your plans for Thanksgiving?  Do you stay close with family or travel?  Let me know in the comments and then be sure to join Lindsay and I below for The Weekly Style Edit.
