Why You Should Still Send Thank You Cards
Hi Lovelies. I recently decided that I needed to be better about showing my appreciation for the amazing opportunities I have been given as a blogger. I have been waiting to pickup personalized stationary for The Fashionista Momma. It’s time to give thanks to all of the brands and companies that I have collaborated with. Today, I thought it would be a great reminder as to why you should still send Thank You cards. I’ve partnered with Basic Invite to share the importance of sending Thank You notes.
People Don’t Get Handwritten Anything Anymore
This day in age, everything is electronic. We email, we text and we call. Taking the time to get the address of your contact and send them a quick thank you card is a nice gesture. Something that they will remember.
Make A Lasting Impression
In a sea of people, do anything you can to set yourself apart for the other bloggers. A simple card takes just a few minutes and a postage stamp, but it can make a lasting impression on your contact at a brand.
It’s The Right Thing To Do
Back in the day, it was common to send a thank you. Now we just post on Facebook our thanks for party attendance and gifts. This small gesture goes a long way and the reality is it’s just the right thing to do. A brand takes a chance on collaborations. Even if you have the strongest click through rate, that doesn’t mean your followers will buy into this brand. They are taking a chance. Be sure that you take the time to say thank you for that opportunity.
Basic Invite is a great place for the upcoming graduation season. You can get picture graduation announcements and thank you cards for graduation money in just a few short days. Make sure you use the code 15FF51 to get 15% off your order.

Yes! Isn’t it amazing how something so simple makes a difference? Even if it’s a e-card. It’s the thought that counts. xo ~ Megan
I am a firm believer in thank you cards. Unfortunately with life and everything else they are almost always delayed. Though any thank you is better than none at all.
