Do you have a date night, or a night out with the girls coming up?  Are you the type that is, at the last minute, trying to get ready?  If you are anything like me, you are usually running around up until the very last second to get out the door.  With these 5 tips to get ready for a night out, you can be ready for anything.

Go-To Outfit

The go-to outfit is a black dress that can be dressed up or down.  You want something simple and versatile.  A black sheath dress is great option.  If you are more of a jeans and a t-shirt kind of girl, try for a dressier pair of pants that you could mix and patch with different tops.

Accessorizing

This is such an easy way to change up your look.  Chokers are really big right now, or try layering necklaces, a statement ring or a bracelet stack.  The options are endless.

Easy Up Do

I am loving the messy half up bun.  If you are in a hurry this such a great way to have cute hairstyle with limited effort.   Another option is the messy bun.

5 Minute Face

A striped romper, blazer and choker perfect for a date night.

I love Carmindy from the good ole’ show What Not To Wear.  She was awesome and had such a great 5 minute face tutorial.  You can view it here.  I will be putting together a YouTube video of my 5 minute face in the next few weeks.  So, keep an eye out.

 Final Touches

Finish your look the right way.  Use a Scotch-Brite™ Lint Rollers to remove any fuzz, hair or crumbs that your kids may have hit you with you while you were getting ready.  I love my lint rollers, like for reals, love them.  I have them stashed in my car, in my purse, in my bathroom.  They are everywhere.  Other final touches might include using tape to fasten a low cut top, applying lotion and your perfume.  My last piece to my night out look is picking out my purse.  This is another time that Scotch Brite Lint Roller can come in handy.  I don’t know about you, but my kids leave snacks and random grimy dusty gross things in my purse.  Before you head out, save yourself from any embarrassing moments and take the Scotch-Brite™ 50% Stickier Lint Roller to the inside of your purse. Clean out all that extra nonsense.  The 50% Stickier Lint Roller is perfect for these large crumbs and junk.  Added bonus you get extra sheets of Stickier paper to keep all your purses clean.

Be sure to head to Walmart to pick up your Scotch-Brite™ Lint Rollers.  Keep all of your clothes looking sharp all day long.  You can also get more ideas to use your lint rollers here.

Have you been to Ensenada? What’s your favorite spots? We had a great time on our Ensenada excursion on our Carnival cruise. Including rain, pina coladas, La Bufadora and wine tasting at Santa Tomas winery. If you are in SoCal I recommend making your own way across the border to Ensenada.
