Maxi Dress and Denim Look
I hope you all enjoyed your Labor Day weekend. We had a blast and my birthday was perfect. We ended up taking a day trip to Harper’s Ferry West Virginia on Sunday and it was totally fun. We saw gorgeous scenery and took in a little history. We visited the John Brown museum and all the store front museums. We saw the sites of buildings that were involved in John Brown’s attempt to abolish slavery and looked at how life used to be in the 1800’s. We also got to enjoy a storm while swimming in the river. It was a fun filled day and great memories were made.
It was really hot and humid on Sunday. So, in an effort to stay cool I decided to wear a maxi dress and denim look. Here was my outfit for the day. A bright print maxi dress and my favorite denim vest.
