Must Wear Spring Trends

Hi Lovelies. It’s officially Daylight Savings and I am totally ready for longer days. I thought today would be the perfect day to share my favorite Must Wear Spring Trends. If you saw my post last Monday featuring Statement Pieces for Spring with Shopbop then you have already seen some of my faves. This is the full list of must try trends for Spring 2020.

Animal Print

Animal Print anything. You can go big with a pair of pants or top in animal print. Or if that is too bold, opt for a pair of shoes or a purse. You can never go wrong with a small statement piece.

Denim

The all denim look is really on trend. If you are in your 20’s and 30’s try a great pair of overalls. If you feel like the overalls are too young, you can rock a Canadian Tuxedo with a pair of jeans and a denim jacket. There are also some really great denim jumpers and dresses. This is a really easy trend to rock at all ages.

Floral

Every time I write florals for Spring I always invision Maryll Streep in The Devil Wears Prada. But, let’s be real florals are on an another level this year. Floral maxi dresses, skirts, tops and pants. You can find a floral pattern on every piece of clothing you can imagine.

Shine

Adding some shine to your look can be a bit of a stretch for some. But, again a purse, headband or pair of shoes is a great way to rock this trend and not feel like a disco ball. If you want to go for the bold statement rock a pair of shorts or a top.

Bright Colors

I think this might be the biggest trend of the season! Neon colors, bold color combinations. The options are endless. Go with a bold bright top or a fun accessory. I love this trend it is so much fun.

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
