A whole week with no school in our house. That means mommy still hasn’t caught up on work. The good thing is, I have had so much cuddle time with my princesses. That makes every second of playing catch up worth it. I hope you all had a good week and you stayed warm in this chilly weather.
For today, I thought I would share my favorite green smoothie recipe. It’s the start of the new year and we all have our resolutions right? If one of yours is to eat more vegetables, here is a great way to add more produce into your diet. It tastes yummy and can be whipped up really quick. Enjoy.

Here is a great tip for a quick smoothie. Buy all of your produce, clean it, ration it into individual ziplock bags and freeze. You can keep a months worth of smoothies in your freeze pre-packaged and ready to go. When you are ready, grab a bag, throw it in a blender with your almond milk and water, blend and done.
