Resistance Band Workout for Traveling

Spread the love

Hi Lovelies, and happy Friday.  I’ve got an awesome Fit Friday coming at you, with a GIVEAWAY!  During our vacation I wanted to get in a few workouts.  I had the perfect gear to throw in my bag, Aurorae Yoga Resistance Bands.  These bands were perfectly packaged for me to throw in my suitcase with everything I needed to get a workout in.  Our hotel, the Marriott Oceana Palms , had a workout room and yoga mats, but I decided to take my workout to the beach.  I snagged a mat and headed to the shoreline.  Today, I’m sharing a quick total body workout for traveling that you can do anywhere.

I dropped my bands on the shore and did a quick run along the beach and then got to my workout.  You can add any cardio boost to your workout.  So if you are in your room, try high knee jumps, jogging in place, jumping jacks or take a jump rope with you and you can get a little cardio burst in with your rope.

The best part about these bands is they come with all the attachments you would need.  You have handles, ankle straps, and a door anchor.  The kit includes 5 different bands, from light to heavy, and you can swap out all of your handle options.  It’s totally easy with the click of the handles.  These bands are the ideal piece of equipment, in an easy to go case.

You can find a printable version of this workout HERE.  I also used workouts from the Aurorae resistance band instruction guide.  Which will be in your handy to go bag.  I plan on always traveling with these bands from now on.  I will share another workout with all of you soon.  For now though, jump in and enter to win your very own set of Aurorae Yoga Resistance Bands.
