Hi lovelies. First Friday of the New Year. I can’t believe it. I spent this week, getting our lives organized for the new year. Scheduling appointments, enrolling for schools, preparing for my new adventure as a Daisy co-leader and adventuring out to Ikea in this super comfy black dress layered under this plaid shirt dress.

The whole family loves Ikea, but oh man don’t go on a holiday weekend. It was crazy. We had planned on eating lunch there because my LO loves the meatball platter, but the line was so long. So, we came home and I made the meatball meal. We picked up the chicken meatballs, lingonberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and gravy. The hubs was surprised. It’s not my thing to make big hearty meal like this. They were all in heaven. Then reality hit of back to school and now it’s Friday. Cheers to the weekend.
