Tie Waist Dress 3 Ways

Tie Waist Dress 3 Ways featured by popular US Style Blogger, The Fashionista Momma; woman wearing a tie waist dress.

Hi Fashionistas. Cheers to Friday. Today, I am sharing this tie waist dress 3 ways. This dress is great for summer and can be styled for different occasions. It’s a classic capsule piece to have in your wardrobe.

This dress style is a good fit for a person with an inverted triangle, hourglass or rectangle body shape. Depending on what season you are will depend on the color you choose. I recommend going with. a denim, olive green or black. That way you can get more wears out of it, carrying it into fall, spring and summer.

Dress with Button Down

You can style an a-line tie waist dress layered under a button down white or chambray top. It’s a great way to mix up the look. You can pair it with a cute flat sandal for an everyday look.

Dress With Denim Jacket

Remove the tie and layer a denim jacket or over it for a night out. You can pair it with a cute espadrille for a casual date night look. Another option is to style with sneakers for an every day look.

Dress with T-Shirt

A dress with a t-shirt can go two ways. A scoop neck solid under the dress or a graphic tee layered over. But, both of these looks I like to style with a pair of sneakers.

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
