The Weekly Style Edit: Memorial Day Sales

Hi Lovelies.  We have all seen the Nordstrom Sale posts.  So, yes if you hadn’t noticed, it’s the half yearly sale. Today, I wanted to share my top Memorial Day sales picks. I’m mixing a couple of my favorite stores for the perfect boho summer vibe.  I’m covering Nordstrom, BaubleBar and Shopbop.  Now, Shopbop is not a Memorial Day sale, but they added a bunch of new stuff to their sale section and I just had to add a few items.

Boho Vibes and the memorial day sales.

I feel like I live two style lives around here.  Summer comes and I’m like give me all the boho. Winter hits and I’m like living it in classic looks like I walked out of Banana Republic ad.  If I was to try to categorize my style, I’m really not sure what I would call it.  Boho weekender/Classic Eveninger/Athleisure Daytimer. LOL.  That being said, this boho vibe is perfect for the summer months around here, in our little beach town.

I’ll leave with you The Weekly Style Edit with Lindsay from Middle of Somewhere.  Happy Memorial Day weekend to you all.  What are you up to?  Any fun plans?

I would like to say my style is classic but sometimes it is preppy or boho! So I love the options you picked especially the jewelry!

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
