5 Steps To Perfect Skin

Hi Lovelies.  I can’t believe we had another short week.  I don’t know about you, but it was much needed in our house.  We had a really busy weekend and getting that extra day of rest was a blessing.  I got some bad news that my broken camera could not be fixed.  The good news is, I had an insurance plan and so I upgraded and I am waiting for my new camera to arrive this week.  I’m so flipping excited.  I am a little short on posts since I haven’t had my good camera this week.  Today, I’m talking about 5 steps to perfect skin with Alitura.

Cleanse

It always starts with clean skin.  Be sure that you are washing your face twice a day.  Be sure to choose a face wash that is made for your skin type.  Use luke warm water and allow your face wash to sit on your skin for a few minutes to break down your makeup and get all the dirt off.  Pat your face dry.

Daytime Lotion

These 5 tips for perfect skin will keep your skin glowing all year long.

I love using more natural ingredients on my skin.  So finding a skincare line that is primarily organic natural ingredients.  That’s what I love about Alitura.  They have royal jelly, cocoa butter and evening primrose oil.  All of the ingredients they use are really nourishing for your skin.

Night Cream

A night cream should hydrate your skin, help with cell turnover, and repair damaged skin.  The Alitura Night Cream is so thick and luxurious.  I love that they have hyaluronic acid from plant sources.  It will help stimulate cell growth and turnover.  When you wake up in the morning you will be fresh faced.

Detoxifying Mask

Find a mask that will help cleanse and purify your skin. You want something high in vital nutrients, that will help replenish your skin while you are removing impurities.  By far the Alitura face mask was my favorite part.  I absolutely loved this mask.  When I started using this line I had a couple breakouts from not washing my face one night.  I used this mask right when I got it and it helped tremendously.   You will totally love it.

See a Dermatologist

The perfect turquoise statement necklace.

Take care of your skin by seeing a dermatologist.  Schedule an annual exam and have your skin checked for any abnormalities.  Weird skin spots, dark spots etc.  This way you can always be ahead of the game.  They can monitor any changes to help you with early detection of skin cancer.  Such an important step to keeping your skin healthy.

The awesome news.  Use the code fm15 for 15% off your purchase at Alitura!!

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
