Family Meal Plan Ideas

Happy Friday Lovelies.  Today, I want to build off my previous post Food Prep Tips.  It’s easy to prep the food and eat snacks, but what do you do with all these cut up fruits and vegetables for the week?  There are a ton of options and this is a simple list.  My Family Meal Plan Ideas are all vegetarian but, you can easily add in chicken and ground turkey to most of the lunch and dinner ideas.  These are meals that we eat weekly using our items we prepped for the week.  It is a very general list and I will be sharing the recipes over the next few months.  Make sure you check back often for all the yummy meals for you family.

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.

Happy Birthday @chase.ballard we are truly blessed Happy Birthday @chase.ballard we are truly blessed to have you in our lives. You work countless hours driving to and from LA and then come home to coach, and do the countless honey-dos I have. We couldn’t do life without you.
