Jogger Pants And Leopard

Hi Lovelies.  I hope you all are having a beautiful Wednesday.  I am so happy to have my bestest friend visiting from California today.  It’s so nice to be able to see a familiar face, gossip and be myself with someone who loves me despite all my craziness.  Don’t you just love those friends that you can get together with and it’s like you never skipped a beat?  The ones who somehow know you need to talk to them and call at just the perfect time?  I really believe that I have been blessed with the most amazing friends.  Anywho.  I wore this outfit this past weekend to the beach and sadly I had pictures there but, holy cow it was windy and my pictures looked a hot mess.

I am also featuring Kushy Foot socks today.  I love the low socks for my Converse, Toms and slip on sneakers.  These were nice and thin with a small pad on the bottom and you can find them here.

We had a great time at Point Pleasant and our first trip to a North East Beach.  Things are so much different out here than California.  Whew.  Since California beaches are perfect and beautiful, east coast makes up for it with carnival rides, aquariums, restaurants, miniature golf and arcades.  It’s pretty awesome.  We will be going back often, so I’m sure I will get new photos at the beach to make up for my crummy ones this time around.  I hope you all have a beautiful wednesday.

Just yesterday I was wearing a similar outfit with my grayish joggers, denim jacket and slip-on sneakers. You look great. Sorry about the foot.

Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyla Rare opportunity of an empty spot inside @disneyland and just wishing we could get a reservation to see the new Toontown
SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? M SoCal residents have you ever visited a mission? Mission ⛪
Last week we visited our 3rd mission. This is taking it back to @oldmissionsb which we loved. My daughter was obsessed with learning about Karana from “Island of the Blue Dolphin” If your child is in 4th grade take them to check out a few missions. It’s a part of their curriculum and they can learn so much from the way the Spanish operated here in SoCal in the late 1700’s-1800’s. Of course not every detail of this settlement was positive, but it’s a great opportunity to have discussions and educate your children about the indigenous people and the Spanish settlers.
AND don’t forget 4th graders can get the national parks pass with Every Kid Outdoors. Link in stories.
