Hi Lovelies. You all know, I love my yoga. Today, I am so excited to share this beautifully printed Aurorae Yoga Mat, along with a quick morning yoga workout. This is my favorite morning routine to get my body moving and ready for the day.
This beautiful yoga mat is perfect for any workout. It is nice and sticky, which helps keep your hands and feet in place. This is one of my biggest complaints about yoga mats. All you yogi’s know what I am talking about. That moment when your hands start to sweat and you are slipping all over the place. A few tips when practicing yoga be sure to focus on your breath. Yoga is all about unifying your mind, body and breath. As you follow along in this sequence you will inhale one posture and exhale on the following posture. To do this begin the inhale when you raise your arms over head and continue through the morning yoga series.
Yoga is one of my true passions and I truly believe that starting your morning with yoga will shed a positive light on the rest of your day. Adding this bright fun yoga mat will make it even better.
