The Weekly Style Edit: Monochrome

Hi Lovelies.  I’m so happy it’s Friday.  This week has been yet another whirlwind.   The girls and I did the Wild Animal Park, we had red ribbon week at school, and we have been prepping for our Halloween party we are having tonight.  Since it’s Friday, Lindsay and I are styling all black to honor the upcoming holiday.  I decided to go monochrome with a full edgy vibe.

This look is perfect for a girls night out in these cooler temperatures.  I am so thankful that it has started to cool down around here.  I am ready for sweaters and scarves all day every day.  Although, lately I have been finding it hard to get out of my workout clothes.  I go from teaching yoga classes to running all over the place for school stuff.  I’m lucky if I get a shower in.  Yesterday, my day consisted of teaching a 6am yoga class, throwing together crazy socks, finishing a donation box for my daughters classroom, school drop off, submit blog posts, gym sesh, groceries, school pickup, clean house, do laundry, bake cupcakes, make dinner, write this post.   Now, I’m sitting here staring at this screen trying to figure out what to say. LOL.  So, if you ever wonder what a mom bloggers life is really like…. This is it.  It may look glamorous on Instagram, but we literally run around like crazy people just like every other mom.  Little sleep, lots of coffee and lots of wine.
