Peanut Butter and Jelly Shakeology
Hi Lovelies, Today I am sharing one of my favorite meal replacement recipes.  This is my Peanut Butter and Jelly Shakeology.
I recently tried the Vegan Tropical Strawberry and it definitely wasn’t my favorite. I racked my brain with different recipes. Â I wanted to make it more to my liking. After a couple tries, I came up with this one. This took the Vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology from ok to love it. Seriously, I could drink this one all the time. Â It’s that good.
I have turned to meal replacements for one meal a day. Â I have found myself not eating until 3-4 o’clock and then I am starving. Â I overeat and I go all night because I am so hungry. I am trying to be better with my eating habits. Â I am trying to eat at least breakfast and then getting in one of these shakes.

Of course this can be made with any Strawberry meal replacement.  I just love Shakeology.  I have tried so many and out of all the products I have tried, I actually feel full after this one.  What is your go-to shake supplement?  Better yet, what do you to help keep your diet on track?
